What to send

The size of the villa in square metres, the emirate or community, and what you want done. That is enough for a useful first answer. Drawings and photographs help, but they are not needed to start the conversation.

We take on villas from 700 m² with budgets from AED 7M. If a project sits below that, we will say so directly rather than quote for work that suits a smaller contractor better.

Using our photographs

The photographs and visualisations on this site come from our own projects and are not free to reuse. If you would like to use one — in an article, a listing or a presentation — message us on WhatsApp with a link to the image and where it will appear, and we will reply.
