Since 2013, Balcon Studio has completed 500+ interior design and residential fit-out projects across major cities — Dubai and Moscow. Recently, curiosity led us beyond design into villa renovation and large-scale projects, taking our expertise into the world of actual building. Our site team works under a trade licence that covers the building work, handles the necessary approvals and has the extensive experience needed to start on your villa right away.
